Pursuant to the PD No. 907, honor graduates of four-year or longer
courses from schools, colleges and universities of good standing shall be
granted the Civil Service Eligibility as follows:
It was great to know that this law, created by former Pres. Marcos, was
able to give hardworking students much-deserved certifications with an
exemption from examinations.
Due to lack of time and information, I was only able to have mine
processed this year. I hope this helps those honor graduates in the future.

Properly accomplished Application Form (CS Form
101-D, available in their website HERE)

Three pieces 1x1 picture with name and
signature. You may look at the same website for an example but please take
note:
THE WEBSITE SAYS PASSPORT SIZE BUT FOR HGE, THEY REQUIRE 1x1 PICTURES.
I HAD TO GET ANOTHER SET OF ID PICTURES TAKEN WHEN I GOT THERE BECAUSE OF THIS
ERROR IN THEIR WEBSITE AND FORM REQUIREMENT SECTION.
