Pursuant to the PD No. 907, honor graduates of four-year or longer courses from schools, colleges and universities of good standing shall be granted the Civil Service Eligibility as follows: It was great to know that this law, created by former Pres. Marcos, was able to give hardworking students much-deserved certifications with an exemption from examinations. Due to lack of time and information, I was only able to have mine processed this year. I hope this helps those honor graduates in the future. Requirements:
THE WEBSITE SAYS PASSPORT SIZE BUT FOR HGE, THEY REQUIRE 1x1 PICTURES. I HAD TO GET ANOTHER SET OF ID PICTURES TAKEN WHEN I GOT THERE BECAUSE OF THIS ERROR IN THEIR WEBSITE AND FORM REQUIREMENT SECTION.
What you have to know before processing the HGE- Civil Service Eligibility?
Comments: PNoy’s new incentive policy in government offices proves good so far. The employees who assisted me are all hospitable and proactive. Maybe because they had to give a survey form each time they assist, but whatever, it’s the best experience I’ve had in forever when it comes to dealing with government employees. HOWEVER, I was just a little disappointed that I had to come back next week just to get my Certification JUST because their processor was not at work (I’m not sure if the said processor was in a business outside the office, on leave or absent). It’s a long way from home and work. I have to spend more time and money just to finish a transaction that was supposed to be finished in less than 2 hours. Well, it’s okay though. At least I don’t have to spend more time in reviewing for an exam to get my COE. Source: http://www.csc.gov.ph/honor-graduate-eligibility-hge.html | |
